On Wednesday this week, Spiking went to take part in the Singapore Fintech Festival, an event organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore in partnership with The Association of Banks in Singapore. CEO of Spiking, Clemen, went to present with Spiking’s partner Trading Ticket at the Citibank Singapore Developer Hub Demo and Partner Showcase at the event.

Our partner at Trading Ticket flew in from the US to take part in the festival. We showcased to a group of 11,000 participants who attended the event.

This is in conjunction to a project that Citi has set up as an open platform giving software developers and fintech companies a “sandbox” in which to test their solutions. According to the Straits Time, “ a portal user can gain access to the bank’s APIs in areas including account management, peer-to-peer payments, money transfer to institutions, Citi rewards, investment purchases and account authorisation.” We were very proud that we were one of the very few who were able to be part of this exciting movement.
