In the following few months, one of Spiking’s sophisticated investors Goi Seng Hui has been buying and increasing deemed shares of the company to the tune of 2.3m shares. Yesterday, it was acquired by Dutch coffee company Jacobs Douwe Egberts for S$1.05b.
