This is what the wealth is for. Long Island is the most ambitious coastal project in Singapore's history — roughly 800 hectares across three reclaimed tracts from Tanah Merah to Marina East, with a new reservoir and around 20km of waterfront parks.

New waterfront land in Singapore is the scarcest asset there is. You can't buy it today — but you can build toward it: options for velocity, stocks for compounding, and a property plan to be ready when the coastline opens.

Long Island is a long-term national project; plans remain at study and preparatory stage and no units are for sale at this time. This is a horizon to build toward — not an offer of property.

Who is the Wealth Accelerator for?
Anyone serious about learning the US Stock Market and Advanced Options Trading week by week, while building a longer-term plan toward Singapore property. It is an education programme — you bring the commitment to practise and review.
Do I need experience to start?
No. The programme starts from fundamentals — watchlists, trade plans, options structure and defined risk — and builds through weekly live sessions. You learn by doing, with structure.
What markets and instruments are covered?
US equities and options across the year, framed by the 2026 catalyst map. The property pathway focuses on Singapore private property and the Long Island as a long-term destination.
Can I buy a unit in the Long Island now?
No. Long Island is a long-term national reclamation project; preparatory works began in 2026 and it takes shape over the coming decades. There are no units for sale today. The pathway prepares your finances and plan so you are ready when the time comes.
